设备简介Brief Introduction
本系列搅拌机适用于较高粘度物料的分散和搅拌，高速分散轴和低速搅拌轴采用同心设计，同时对物料进行动态分散；搅拌轴上设计有用机械密封结构，在搅拌同时可对容器内物料进行真空抽泡处理。
This mixer is suitable for dispersing and mixing of higher viscosity product, the high speed dispersing shaft adopt concentric design, Disperse material at the same time; The mechanical seal is adopted on mixing shaft, archive vacuum anti-foaming meanwhile the material mixing.

本机广泛适用于化工、建材、电子、涂料、食品、制药等行业，适用于粘度值在3000-300000cps范围物质的生产，是进行液液或固液混合、分散、反应、均质的理想设备。

主要特点：
筒体内有高速搅拌和低速搅拌两组搅拌轴系，主轴均在容器中心，即通信双轴，高速轴转速可调，通过变频实现调速，锯齿型搅拌桨可对被处理物质施以高剪切力，并使物料产生轴向流动。低速搅拌桨对容器内壁附近物料进行挠括搅拌，并使物料产生缓慢切向流动，搅拌桨设有刮刀可刮下粘附在灌壁上的物料。这种组合机构是整个容器内形成纵横交错的流动，可使物料得到有效的分散混合。
There are high speed dispersing and how speed mixing double mixing system in the vessel. The main shaft is at center of vessel. It is concentric double shaft. The speed of high speed dispersing force and let material move at shaft direction. The low speed shaft scraper on mixing shaft which can scratch material on vessel wall.This kind of cooperation system make the material crisscross,and get effective dispersing and mixing.
